In this scene from our feature documentary “No Matter Where,” we illustrate the anxiety patients feel when their physicians can’t access all their medical information. Many patients assume their records, since they’re electronic, are accessible to any physician. They’re not. The documentary, which was an official selection at the Nashville Film Festival, examined why the healthcare industry is so resistant to making them available.
