Using this site
This website belongs to Stonecastle Pictures. You’re welcome to look around, watch the films, and get in touch. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t, please don’t use it.
The films and the work
The films, photographs, text and design on this site belong to Stonecastle Pictures, or to the clients and people who appear in them and who let us show the work. You may watch and link to any of it. Please don’t copy, download, re-edit, re-post or use it in your own work without asking us first. We’re easy to ask.
The films play from Vimeo, and Vimeo’s terms apply to its player.
Getting in touch
Writing to us through the forms or by email doesn’t create a contract, and it doesn’t make us your production company. If we work together, the job is covered by its own written agreement.
Please only send us information you’re happy for us to hold. What we do with it is in our privacy policy.
What we can’t promise
We take care that what’s on this site is accurate, but it’s offered as it is. We can’t promise it’s always up to date, that it will always be available, or that it will suit what you need it for. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for loss that comes from using it or from relying on it. Sites we link to are not ours, and we’re not responsible for them.
Fair use
Please don’t try to break the site, get into parts of it you haven’t been given, or use it to send us anything harmful or unwanted.
Changes, and the law
We may change these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed, and using the site after that means you accept the new version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
